      Overview

      Papa Pals® In-Home Support

      Papa Pals provide friendly, non-medical support with everyday activities. Eligible plan members receive 30 or 60 annual hours. Papa Pals undergo rigorous background checks that meet the highest legal standards, including national sex offender, warrant, and criminal record screening, plus ongoing monitoring and identity verification.

      Future Visits: Schedule visits at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance.
