Timely filing is 365 days from the date of service or date of discharge
unless otherwise specified in the provider agreement.
Our Payor ID is 83248. Providers may utilize their existing or preferred clearinghouse, billing service, or trading partner to submit claims for processing and payment by Zing Health.

- Corrected claims must be submitted to the same address within 60 days from the date of the denial explanation of payment (EOP)
A non-contracted provider may request a reconsideration for a denied claim within 60 calendar days from the remittance notification date.
A contracted provider may request a provider dispute for a denied claim within 60 days from the date of the Explanation of Payment. Provide the information by using this form.
