We also leverage technology, face to face visits, community-based resources, and evidence-based practice guidelines, to achieve desired goal.
We meet with hospital leadership and professional providers to review outcomes, compare performance across Zing Health’s network and against national quality standards. We work together to improve the delivery of services and clinical outcomes. It is our belief that, if we provide doctors with the right information, at the right time, they will make the right choices.

Medicare evaluates plans based on a 5-Star rating system. Star ratings are calculated each year and may change from one year to the next. As a new plan, Zing Health has not been rated.
HEDIS measures quality of care and service on important health issues. Because more than 90 percent of America's health plans use HEDIS data, it provides consumers with an "apples-to-apples" comparison of health plans' performance.
